Rocky Creek Glacial Area

Here's a video I made a few years back now of a beautiful little place where about 290 million years ago a glacier moved through the country forming this creek. Over that period erosion has taken away many of the classic glacial features but it's possible to see in the rock itself that it is composed of many tiny 'polished' rocks which have been cemented together, this is referred to as a fluvio-glacial conglomerate, and is the clue that it was formed by a glacier. It's located in the North West region of NSW near Bingara.
