High Dynamic Range Landscape Photography
HDR stands for High Definition Range, which means optimising the exposure and tonal values across a photograph. Many times when a photograph is taken some parts of the composition will have better exposure than others, especially in high contrast scenes, by taking multiple photographs of the scene and stitching them together, the brightest and the darkest parts of the scene can be captured in optimal exposure, which means more accurate colour representation and more detail.
Stitching multiple photographs into one allows for higher resolution, panoramic photographs which can be printed at larger sizes.
